Host Agreement

Between HahDhoo (hahdhoo.com) and the Host. Ticking “I agree” on the host form, or replying I AGREE on WhatsApp, means we both accept this. Simple and fair to both sides.

01Your free listing

We list you on hahdhoo.com for free, with photos and a short video we make. You keep your prices and details up to date.

02Guest requests

We send requests to you on WhatsApp. You reply YES or NO, ideally within a day. Nothing is booked until you say yes.

03Our small share

For every completed booking that came through HahDhoo, you pay us 10% of what the guest paid. Our first 20 Founding Hosts pay 7% for their first year. No booking, no payment, and nothing for cancellations or no-shows.

04Repeat guests

If a guest we sent books with you again within a year, that counts as a HahDhoo booking too.

05Keeping track

We confirm each booking in one WhatsApp message to you and the guest. That message is our shared record.

06Paying us

At the start of each month we send you a short summary of last month's bookings. You pay within 7 days by transfer to the account HahDhoo gives you.

07If payment is late

We'll remind you first. If it's still unpaid after 14 days, we pause your listing until it's settled.

08Looking after guests

You keep guests safe, follow local rules and treat them well. If guests are unhappy, we'll talk to you first.

09Leaving

Either of us can stop anytime with a WhatsApp message. Bookings already made are still honoured and paid.
